Our pregnancy yoga course is designed specifically for expectant mothers, offering gentle yet effective exercises and practices to support you throughout your pregnancy. More than just a physical practice, it nurtures self-love, boosts confidence, and helps you stay strong and healthy as you prepare for birth. These classes can also help calm your emotions, reduce anxiety, and deepen your connection with both your body and your baby.

For comprehensive support, this course pairs perfectly with our Birth Preparation Course for Couples.

This yoga course is recognized as a preventive health measure and is subsidized by many health insurance providers. Contact us for more details on coverage and pricing.

Women’s & FLINTA Yoga Classes

This course is designed for women in all phases of life—whether you are postpartum, going through menopause, or simply looking for a gentle yoga practice.

Many of our past participants have found it especially enriching to share this space with women from different life stages, yet with shared experiences. The sense of community and exchange adds immense value to the practice.(*FLINTA: Women, Lesbians, Intersex, Non-Binary, Trans, and Agender individuals)

Postnatal Yoga

After giving birth, the body is in a delicate and sensitive phase that requires special attention. Our postnatal yoga classes are designed to gently support your recovery, with a focus on strengthening the pelvic floor. You can start attending these classes three months after birth to help restore balance and nurture your body.

Please note, this yoga course is not a substitute for postnatal care with a midwife. However, after completing a rehabilitation course, this course is subsidized by many health insurance providers as a preventive health measure.
