Shiatsu supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being by applying pressure along the body’s meridians, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is performed over loose, comfortable clothing for a deeply relaxing experience.

 

If a pregnant woman has a strong response to acupuncture, we use acupressure and shiatsu as gentler alternatives. Some women, especially those with morning sickness, respond better to these methods, which activate meridian points through touch rather than needles.
