Wingwave EMDR-Based Therapy

Wingwave combines elements inspired by EMDR and psychokinesiology. The method works with bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements or alternating tapping, to activate both hemispheres of the brain.

During sleep, especially in the REM phase, the brain naturally processes emotional experiences. Bilateral stimulation is believed to support similar processing mechanisms while awake.

In Wingwave sessions, a structured muscle-based feedback test is used to identify stress triggers and emotional blockages. Once identified, bilateral stimulation supports the nervous system in reprocessing these stored stress patterns.
